Everything you need to know about getting your HAVNNE products.
We ship across Jamaica using two trusted local carriers. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.
We ship internationally to a select number of countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Jamaican public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with your tracking number once dispatched.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
HAVNNE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Due to the curated nature of our skincare formulations and the strict requirements for hygiene and safety, HAVNNE maintains a restricted returns policy. Please read the conditions below carefully before submitting a request.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please notify our team at hello@havnne.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, determined at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.
Processed refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) or issued as HAVNNE store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, as processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by HAVNNE. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
To maintain our commitment to rapid fulfilment, orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing or dispatch phase. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You'll receive a tracking email within 1–2 business days of placing your order, once your package has been dispatched.
My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to show movement after your shipping confirmation. If it's been more than 5 business days with no update, please contact us.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with neighbours and your building's mail room first. If still not found, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Jamaica orders ship via Knutsford Express (1–4 days) or Zipmail (2–5 days). International orders ship via Standard International Shipping (7–21 days).
