Yes, 100%. Every HAVNNE product is vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and no animal-derived ingredients are used in any of our formulations.

Yes. Our formulations are free from parabens, sulphates, synthetic fragrances, and harsh preservatives. We focus on clean, skin-friendly ingredients that deliver real results without compromise.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Yes. You can apply a coupon code and loyalty points together at checkout. The coupon discount is applied first, then loyalty points are used on the remaining balance.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact us at hello@havnne.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Yes. You can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, earn loyalty points, save your details, and access your order history at any time.
Yes. We ship internationally to a select number of countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders typically take 7 to 21 business days. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your destination country.
Local Jamaica orders typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days via Knutsford or Zipmail. International orders usually take 7 to 21 business days depending on your destination and customs processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account and view your order status there.
Please check around your delivery address, with neighbours, and with your building reception if applicable. If the package still cannot be found, contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
We offer free shipping on orders that meet our minimum order threshold. The qualifying amount is shown at checkout. Promotions and free shipping offers are announced via our newsletter and social media.
We are sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and contact us at hello@havnne.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Due to the nature of skincare products, HAVNNE maintains a restricted returns policy. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Products opened for trial are not eligible unless they are faulty or arrive damaged. Please contact hello@havnne.com to initiate a return.
Contact us at hello@havnne.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow a further 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.

You earn points on every purchase, when you leave a product review, on your birthday, and when you refer a friend whose first order ships. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Visit the Rewards page to see your balance and tier.
There are three tiers: Seed, Bloom, and Canopy. Each tier earns a higher points multiplier per purchase. You move up based on your total lifetime spend with HAVNNE.
Points expire after a period of inactivity. You will receive an email warning 30 days before expiry. Making any purchase resets the expiry clock.
Log in to your account and visit the Rewards page. You will find your unique referral link there. Share it with a friend and when they sign up and their first order ships, you earn loyalty points automatically. Your friend also receives 10% off their first order.

Yes, completely free. No account is required to take the quiz, though creating an account lets us save your results and update recommendations over time.
